Crispy Carnitas | Crispy Pulled Pork

Crispy Carnitas is one of those recipe that you keep in your recipe folder to pass down to your kids. It is delicious and you can make many sides that will go with it. I’ve tried making pulled pork many ways. Whether its with the instant pot or slow cooker and they usually turned out soggy or looking like meat in juice. This recipe was the most simplest and with fewer ingredients compared to the others. It tastes amazing served with mashed potatoes and green veggies. You can put it in a simple paleo tortilla and eat it as a wrap.
