Everyday Chicken Thighs with Saute Onions and Garlic

I have the everyday recipes that I go to when cooking for my family. These recipes are fast and easy. I make the same for the week so that it saves me time with food shopping and money since the ingredients are the same. All I have to do is add one frozen bag of cauliflower rice with it and the meal is complete. You can make a salad with it too.

Everyday Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion – chopped
  • 1 Garlic – sliced
  • 1lb Organic Chicken Thighs – Boneless and Skinless
  • 1 Lemon – Juiced
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cooking Wine
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until lightly brown
  • Add chicken thighs, cooking wine, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add water, and put on low heat, cover with lid for about 1 hr
  • Add ghee, put to high heat without lid to simmer away liquid for about 10 minutes
  • Add lemon juice

Notes

Served with cauliflower rice and veggies.
