Paleo Pancakes | Crepes

I usually make paleo pancakes with sweet potatoes but it can be heavy in the morning for breakfast. This paleo pancake recipe has been on our favorites list for a while. It tastes delicious! It’s like eating thin slices of cake without it crumbling apart. Our kids ask for it for breakfast all the time! I make the pancake for the kids sometimes on the weekends. On Valentine’s Day, I shape them as hearts and make a face by adding fruits and nuts.
